How It Works…

Protective

Home
Structure

Life at Radix Ridge is built around steady routines, shared responsibilities, and a peaceful home environment. Residents are expected to participate in house meetings led by a live-in house leader and commit to chores. It is equally important to also respect the house rhythm, communicate clearly, and help protect a culture of sobriety, safety, and mutual respect.

Personal

Accountability

Residents are expected to stay engaged in recovery, follow house expectations, contribute to the home, and communicate honestly when challenges come up. Accountability here is practical and supportive: clear expectations, consistent follow-through, and help getting back on track.

Proactive

Community Connection

We believe people heal best in community. Residents stay connected to the local supports that strengthen recovery and daily life. This may include recovery meetings, outpatient care, employment resources, transportation planning, church or community support, and other appropriate local services. We are also proactive about bringing community support into the home on a regular basis. We are a peer-led tier II structured home who prioritizes strong community connection.
