We offer peer-led tier II structured sober co-living housing programs. This includes providing clean, safe, fully furnished homes for vulnerable populations who need affordable housing, structure, and a fresh place to put down roots. Each home specializes in either men or woman and includes a live-in house lead who manages chores and weekly meetings.
We believe everyone deserve clean, safe, affordable living. Who do you serve?

We provide affordable, fully furnished housing for people who need a safe, steady place to relearn, rebuild, and put down real roots. Many residents are rebuilding after a hard season. This may include coming home after incarceration, transitioning from treatment or recovery housing, aging out of foster care, leaving an unsafe situation, recovering from homelessness, or working with a case manager, probation officer, church, nonprofit, or program.
This home is for people who are ready for stability, structure, and personal accountability.
Is Radix Ridge a licensed treating program?

Radix Ridge Living is not a licensed treatment facility, detox center, medical provider, or therapy program. We provide structured sober living, shared housing, accountability, and daily-life support. Residents are responsible for participating in their own outside recovery care, meetings, counseling, treatment, or professional support as needed.
What is and is not included?

Included
Residents receive a furnished room, access to common living spaces, utilities, household rhythms, chore structure, accountability expectations, and support with practical planning. We include some pantry staples, a fully equipped kitchen, a shared computer station and a command center with community resources and contact information.
Not Included
Residents are responsible to their own case workers, court orders and/or parole officers. They are responsible for food, actively participating in recovery, proactively securing a income if needed and meeting all household responsibilities. While we provide community resources, residents are responsible for utilizing them as needed.
How does the move-in process work?

The process begins with a referral or inquiry, followed by a screening conversation to make sure Radix Ridge is a safe and appropriate fit. If approved, we review availability, fees, expectations, deposit, move-in timing, and next steps before placement is confirmed.
Do residents need outside recovery support?

Yes. Radix Ridge provides sober living structure, not clinical treatment. Residents are expected to stay connected to outside recovery support such as meetings, outpatient care, counseling, sponsorship, faith-based recovery, or another appropriate support system.
What is required to be a resident at Radix Ridge?

Residents are expected to stay sober, agree to random UA testing, follow house expectations, participate in weekly house meetings and chores, respect quiet hours and shared spaces, communicate honestly, and stay connected to appropriate outside recovery supports. The goal is not perfection. The goal is willingness, honesty, and steady participation.
Other requirements include: Proof of Income, Valid Government Issued Photo ID
